Home and away

Life is very full and very fast.  Every night I sneak into the kids rooms to give them one last kiss goodnight before I go to bed.  Their cheeks are so warm and their faces are so peaceful.  It is always the moment of the day when I feel so privileged.  Being their mom and witnessing their adventures is the best part of my life.  Lately we have had a lot of adventure, both home and away...

Lego princess

R asks: B can I cuddle you?
B replies: Sure!

Stanley Park

The Aquarium

Daddy & Daughter

B rode his bike into a parked car face first.  Somehow, the impact knocked his previously damaged teeth back into place and now the top two "money" teeth are back in the right place, albeit a bit wiggly!  Those two teeth are not long for this world!

Checking out Daddy's office

Daddy's view

The carnival came to town!  Thrill ride!

The carousel is still a favourite of R & Gma

So glad these two have each other for two person rides

...RKA and I just wouldn't fit into those little cars very gracefully!

 Experimenting with accessories

After five years our furball has accepted the fact that the kids are here to stay and she is even tolerating some grooming!
B is practicing on his two-wheeler and he is able to ride but he is not quite confident yet...still prefers his balance bike.

Easter Egg Experts - we decorated over 40 eggs on Good Friday!

 Fearless hunters...

We spent two weekends in a row away....
 ...biking
 ...playing

....bathing

Now we're back home in reality.  Looking forward to a weekend of riding bikes on our little cul-de-sac, pulling weeds and maybe even shoveling some bark mulch!
